Office units are on floors Ground - 7 in a range of sizes. The design of the office layout is flexible and allows for subdivision of the units if required. The fit out of typical office includes:
- Power distributed in surface mounted galvanized steel conduit
- Distribution board
- Galvanized metal twin sockets and switches
- Fagerhault suspended up and down lighting
- Bush Nelson wall mounted electric heaters
- Tea points
Most offices have been incorporated with a pair of WC’s each with wall hung pans, concealed cisterns and wash hand basin from the Duravit range.
The office units are located around the perimeter of each floor in order to utilize the natural light and ventilation through the existing external windows. All existing external windows have been re-glazed as required.
Opening windows have been eased and adjusted where possible to an operational standard.
Where possible the original features of the building have been retained. To this end, the original flooring to building has been restored and sealed where possible.
